Coaching
One-to-one and team coaching for leaders and managers. Certified Business Coach (Leadership Management International), Certified Team Coach (NOVO) and Action Learning Coach (World Institute for Action Learning).
Training & development
Designing and delivering leadership and team development programmes — including long-term Leader Academies and change processes — in production and operational environments.
International & cross-cultural experience
